CRNA opportunity for a weekend shift (two 12’s, Saturday and Sunday) in Austin, TX where we have 300 days of sunshine a year! No facility travel. AAG provides anesthesia services for much of the St. David’s Health Care system in the Austin area including St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, South Austin Hospital, and Round Rock Medical Center and accompanying outpatient surgery centers. St. David’s Medical Center is home to the world-renowned Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia Institute and St. David’s Neuroscience & Spine Institute and is recognized for providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care. Our diverse group of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs, are exposed to a wide variety of complex cases; in addition to the utilization of our care team model that focuses on everyone having a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

Total Rewards
Salary: Based on years of experience: $200K - $260K (will be prorated to 0.8 FTE)
Sign on Incentive: $100K (will be prorated to 0.8 FTE)

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: Two 12-hours on the weekend.
• Our practice covers the full range of specialties including general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP and more. 
• CRNAs do their own spinals; as well as epidurals and arterial lines on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
