The CSR Senior Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end implementation of CSR initiatives, community investment programmes, employee volunteering activities, and sustainability-related engagements.
This role plays a key part in ensuring CSR programmes are delivered effectively, on time, and in compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and internal procedures. The position requires strong project coordination, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and reporting capabilities to support the successful execution and continuous improvement of CSR and sustainability initiatives.
Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc
CSR Project & Event Implementation
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of CSR projects, community engagement programmes, employee volunteering initiatives, and sustainability-related events, from planning to post-event reporting and evaluation.
- Manage project execution, including vendor liaison, logistics arrangements, event materials, participant management, on-site event delivery, and issue resolution to ensure activities are delivered effectively, on time, and in line with approved objectives and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities, foster collaboration, and support the development of CSR programmes and initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate communication and branding materials for CSR, including project announcements, event invitations, recap content, engagement messages, and presentation inputs where required.
Governance, Administration & Operational Management
- Manage operational and governance processes for CSR programmes, including procurement, payment processing, contract administration, vendor management, and compliance with company policies and governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate programme records and reporting, including beneficiary data, implementation updates, project outcomes, and supporting documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Oversee the management of CSR assets, merchandise, event materials, and operational resources, ensuring effective tracking, storage, deployment, and inventory control.
Other responsibilities
- Contribute to departmental initiatives and support the continuous enhancement of CSR processes, operational efficiency, and ways of working.
- Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

- Provide effective CSR operation management to enable the successful implementation of CSR and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications
- University degree or above in relevant field of study, Marketing & Communication degree preferable
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in event management, CSR, community engagement, project coordination, or related fields.
- Advanced English skills
- Experience in managing and coordinating events, volunteer activities, and community programmes.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong operations, documentation, and record-management skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills when working with internal and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
