We are seeking an experienced CTR Manager to lead statutory and regulatory compliance across multiple global jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end compliance operations, ensure adherence to local statutory and regulatory requirements, and drive governance, process excellence, and risk management across a diverse portfolio of legal entities.

In this role, you will collaborate with finance, tax, legal, shared services, and external advisors to ensure timely statutory filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance reporting while continuously enhancing the organization's compliance framework and operating model.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead statutory and regulatory compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions spanning APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, supporting a portfolio of global legal entities.
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance the enterprise compliance operating model, including governance structures, compliance calendars, reporting dashboards, trackers, escalation processes, and internal controls.
  • Oversee statutory filings, regulatory submissions, local GAAP compliance, tax reporting coordination, and jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external compliance advisors, auditors, and service providers to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between regional finance teams, shared service centers, tax consultants, legal teams, and external stakeholders to resolve compliance matters efficiently.
  • Monitor compliance risks through KPI tracking, governance reporting, and risk-based control frameworks, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory reporting obligations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  • Drive continuous process improvements by standardizing compliance workflows, strengthening governance, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing compliance team, fostering accountability, ownership, and a strong compliance culture across the organization.
  • Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, responding to audit queries, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Statutory Compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Deep understanding of Regulatory Compliance and corporate governance.
  • Experience managing global compliance operations across multiple legal entities.
  • Knowledge of statutory reporting, local regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience coordinating with finance, tax, legal, and external advisory teams.
  • Proven ability to design and implement compliance operating models and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience with compliance risk management, KPI reporting, and governance dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of local GAAP adjustments and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with multinational organizations operating across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Knowledge of international tax compliance and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Experience managing shared service center (SSC) operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Experience leading compliance transformation or process automation initiatives.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • 8–15 years of experience in statutory compliance, regulatory compliance, corporate finance, or controllership.
  • Proven experience managing compliance across multiple countries and legal entities within a multinational organization.
