Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. You serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Your role involves overseeing the technical aspects of application creation, managing timelines, and aligning deliverables with business requirements. You actively engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth integration and deployment, while continuously monitoring progress to address any challenges that arise. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development process.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Pega applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Pega environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Pega applications with external systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system requirements and propose effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Architecture.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
