Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Experience in developing and customizing cloud-based applications using SAP ABAP Cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP ecosystems.
- Capability to optimize application performance and ensure scalability in cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
