Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering an efficient and effective business process landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process management solutions.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within the Pega environment.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
