Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software applications that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palantir Foundry, MySQL, Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Strong experience in application design and development using Palantir Foundry platform capabilities.
- Ability to write efficient queries and manage data workflows using MySQL and PySpark.
- Competence in scripting and automation with Python to streamline application processes.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques within complex software environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance to meet business requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Palantir Foundry.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
