We are currently seeking a talented: Customer Care Manager (China)
We believe you will:
- Maintain business relations with existing company customers and ensure smooth customer service;
- Work in cooperation with colleagues to solve problems and ensure on-time delivery;
- Ensure timely and effective claim and demurrage management;
- Administrate international transportation documents;
- Analize customer KPI and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least one year of experience in customer service;
- Fluent in English. Russian language is an advantage;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Quick orientation and good time planning and management skills;
- Attention to detail, diligence, responsibility;
- Fluent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team;
- Ability to successfully manage a large amount of information at one time.

Monthly salary ranges from 1930 EUR to 2420 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
