Whether you're resolving technical issues, processing requests, or answering enquiries, you'll play a key role in creating positive customer experiences while representing the Ricoh brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of enquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate appropriate solutions using available tools and resources.
- Provide accurate information about Ricoh's products, services, and support offerings.
- Process service requests, orders, and customer documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage customer interactions from initial enquiry through to resolution, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer support.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by embracing Ricoh's "One Team, One Voice, One Goal" philosophy.
To be successful in this role:
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of computer literacy; experience in technical support or IT-related environments is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to work.
- Availability to work on a rotating roster between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
