Customer Care Representative - Member Services (Full-Time, Bradenton)

This is a full-time, on-site position in our Bradenton office, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Ideal for candidates who enjoy a structured schedule and a collaborative in-office environment.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our members, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout their journey.
Core Responsibilities (Phase I):
- Conduct post-delivery calls to ensure member satisfaction and request online reviews
- Perform survey follow-up calls to maintain a world-class customer experience
- Educate members on Assured Care benefits and the importance of access to network attorneys
- Participate in outbound call campaigns
- Handle inbound calls, providing support and routing to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records and detailed case notes in internal systems
- Represent the company with professionalism and care on every interaction
Expanded Responsibilities (Phase II Training):
- Assist families and successor trustees during the estate settlement process
- Provide compassionate communication, including offering condolences and support
- Serve as the central point of contact for estate settlement cases
- Coordinate scheduling between agents, families, and trustees
- Manage death claim processes and ensure timely communication
- Process amendment requests for surviving spouses
Additional Support Duties:
- Backup front desk/reception responsibilities as needed
- Coordinate office traffic, deliveries, and vendor interactions
- Support administrative and operational needs as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Schedule & Location
- On-site position in Bradenton, FL
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No remote or hybrid option
