We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of excellent service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities in Customer Service and Delivery
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
Assist with the smooth delivery of products to customers, supporting drivers and team members as required.
Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the telephone.
Support the team in managing deliveries, helping with loading, unloading, and checking products.
Monitor delivery schedules and communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure timely completion.
Skills and Experience for Success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or delivery role is desirable but not essential.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
