Autoliv’s mission: save more lives. Our products have no second chances, so we never compromise on quality. We are looking for a new team member for the Customer Logistics Specialist position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate packaging and logistics requirements for new and existing customer projects; develop and validate packaging concepts in line with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.

  • Create, maintain, and issue packaging instructions and related documentation.

  • Design, order, and coordinate the supply of packaging and auxiliary materials required for production based on customer needs and production plans.

  • Manage orders for returnable packaging and indirect materials, monitor fulfillment, and verify incoming invoices and delivery notes as needed.

  • Check and keep track of inbound and outbound shipments’ administration, invoices, and delivery notes.

  • Monitor returnable packaging inventory, conduct physical inventories, and optimize stock levels.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and communicate results to the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communicate with customers and suppliers verbally and in writing (domestic and international partners) to ensure deadlines and SLA compliance.

  • Support the implementation of new projects; provide logistics support for technical changes and product launches.

  • Support production planning and ensure the availability of component and inventory needs to enable continuous production.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum upper-secondary education (economic, logistics, or technical field is an advantage).

  • Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel.

  • Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.

  • Good problem-solving skills, a systems-oriented mindset, and a task-focused, precise working style.

  • Experience in logistics, customer service, or purchasing is an advantage (1–3 years), but we welcome applications from entry-level candidates as well.

  • Communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

ADVANTAGES
