Job Description Summary

We are looking for a customer planner to join the distribution team of our supply chain area!

Job Description:

What tasks can you expect?

• Creating shipping documentation and handling deliveries to customers
• Daily analysis of orders
• Preparing reports, statements and calculations
• Participating in new projects
• Collaborating with other departments of the organization
• Managing deliveries to customers
• Daily interdepartmental meetings
• Daily administration with the “QAD” enterprise management system
• Creating packaging processes with customers/suppliers
• Creating packaging instructions for external and internal customers/suppliers
• Optimizing existing packaging solutions
• Managing packaging inventory

Required Skills and Education

• Experience in a similar role in logistics planning (automotive / manufacturing environment)
• Communicative English language skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Analytical mindset
• Knowledge of enterprise management systems (knowledge of QAD is a particular advantage) and confident use of MS Office programs
