About this role
Customer Planning Specialist
Responsible for filling customer orders to assure shipping correct quantity at the right time. Identify demand variations to stablish safety stock strategies. Interact with customers to obtain information to improve planning strategies.
Maintain inventory within defined target, maintaining continuous flow of material by maintaining Customer OTD schedule. Minimal or non-existent premium freight due to planning related issues.
What you’ll do:
• Customer Window 24*7 (OEMs & Depots)
• Customer Portal Tickets
• Shippers creation
• Customer coverages (on hand inventory vs customer Demand)
• Weekly Demand Analysis (Customer's Demand variation)
• Auto-Release & JDE set up's
• JDE Planning parameters (freeze fence, planning fence & LRF)
• Customer OTD
• NCEs follow up (8D)
What is required:
• Bachelor’s Degree ( Business or Industrial Engineering)
• 3+ years minimum experience
• Advanced English skills are a must
• APICS is highly desired.
