DOGA is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to support our Logistics team and report directly to the Supply Chain Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while working alongside a supportive team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, orders, and delivery needs with professionalism and care.
Investigate and resolve order or delivery issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Review customer quotes for accuracy—pricing, MOQs, purchasing requirements—and cross‑check all information.
Create and maintain accurate “ship‑to” details and part cross‑references in SAP.
Enter customer orders and verify delivery schedules.
Upload and update customer material schedules on external customer portals.
Review customer forecasts, identify changes, and update internal systems.
Proactively utilize SAP to ensure data accuracy and collaborate with DOGA IT to resolve system‑related concerns.
Maintain organized, accurate documentation in line with company standards.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Strong problem‑solving skills, organization, and communication abilities.
