About this role

Alpharetta Veterinary Specialty + Emergency in Alpharetta, GA is hiring full-time Client Care Representative to join our outstanding team!
 

Compensation:

$18 - $22 per hour, based on experience. *Additional shift differentials available on overnight shifts 

Schedule: Availability for morning, swing, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

  • 7am - 5pm
  • 4pm-2am
  • 10pm-8am

About You: You are an experienced Client Care Representative dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent care. You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value. You can adapt to the individual needs of each client and their patient, are eager to continue enhancing your skill set, and truly want to make a difference.

Requirements for the Role:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Veterinary-based customer service experience prioritized. Familiarity with EzyVet preferred. 
  • Basic knowledge of veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols required, with the ability to work with or around sick animals, potentially hazardous materials, cleaning chemicals, gas anesthetics, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors. Experience with multi-line telephone systems, and proficient computer skills required. 
  • Attention to detail alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and team members required.
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.
