Impact In This Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Site Inventory Specialist in Austin, TX to oversee the daily operations of an advanced inventory management system which includes monitoring inventory station performance, managing inventory levels, tracking and receiving parts and components, and responding to customer needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing inventory or technical systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the daily operations of an advanced inventory management system which includes monitoring inventory station performance, managing inventory levels, tracking and receiving parts and components, and responding to customer needs
- Operate and maintain inventory stations installed in various departments
- Track, receive, and install parts and components inside the inventory stations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed
- Perform daily inventory station checks and troubleshoot any operational issue
- Respond to Customer Requests and emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal team to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, usage, and machine performance
- Generate reports on inventory station usage and inventory levels
- Ensure all inventory stations meet safety and operational standards
Desired Traits
- Must live within reasonably close proximity to 78725 (Austin, TX) to respond to emergency needs
- 1- 3 years of experience in an inventory management, production, or technical support role
- Strong technical aptitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, and basic computer systems)
- Willingness to learn and be trained in inventory management systems
- Previous experience managing inventory or technical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and handle urgent situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with using technical equipment and inventory software (training will be provided)
- Effective written and conversational skills in English; Spanish is a plus
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Available to respond to emergencies outside regular hours

Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending upon experience
