JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to support the execution of Home Care customer and category strategies across key Polish retail channels, helping turn insights into action, delivering customer plans, and ensuring effective commercial execution. You will contribute to promotional planning, performance analysis, forecasting activities, and customer activation initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution of Shopper & Customer Strategy initiatives across assigned retail channels, ensuring alignment with category and business priorities
  • Contribute to customer activation and visibility plans by coordinating activities and tracking progress against agreed objectives
  • Support promotional planning and execution, helping ensure activities are delivered accurately and in line with business requirements
  • Analyze customer, channel, and promotional performance data and share insights to support commercial decision-making
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting and promotional volume planning activities in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Work closely with Marketing, Category Management, and Sales teams to support product launches, customer initiatives, and day-to-day commercial execution

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Strategy & Planning, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales Support, Business Analytics, or a similar commercial role
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to support business recommendations and actions
  • Understanding of FMCG retail environments, promotional activities, or commercial performance measures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent Polish and English at B2 level or above, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with Nielsen, retail analytics, or category performance data
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods environments
