As the first Customer Success Manager, you'll own the full customer journey — from onboarding through expansion — ensuring every customer gets measurable value from an AI-powered platform that automates quoting and order processing for distributors and manufacturers. You'll work directly alongside the CPO, sales, and engineering teams, making this a high-visibility role that shapes both product direction and company growth.
Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from sales handoff through onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for customers, driving long-term satisfaction and retention.
Lead onboarding and implementation processes to ensure fast time-to-value and sustained engagement.
Run workshops and training sessions to accelerate product adoption and share best practices.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights that directly influence the product roadmap.
Help customers identify and realise measurable savings and efficiency gains, including support during key negotiations.
Manage accounts to drive retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term strategic partnerships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure customer needs shape development priorities.
1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship management in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Demonstrated ability to deliver customer onboarding, training sessions, and workshops that drive product adoption.
Confident communicator who can engage and build trust with C-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams.
Proactive, empathetic, and motivated to grow with an early-stage startup.
Native-level German and fluent English — both are essential for this role.
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
Background in construction, supply chain, or trades is a strong plus.
This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Five days a week in-office, with occasional customer travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.
