You are best when it comes to creating superior customer experience with a strong focus on high quality and continuous improvement of processes. As a person you are open minded and patient which also reflects in the way you communicate.
About the job
As our new Coordinator your main purpose will be to help our customers with their questions and needs, after the order has been placed. We are a small team who cares about our customers and importantly for each other
Handling requests from Sales Colleagues and Customers for support for all aspects after placing the order.
Making sure that all urgent cases are handled immediately
Taking care of requests for changes and shipping instructions
Follow up on deliveries and Export Control where needed.
Act as the problem solver, the person that made things happen when it was needed.
What you know
You go above and beyond to help our customers – every day. You like that we have a mix of routine assignments and urgent issues that needs your attention. And then you are a true team-player who really believes in setting the high standard, you see the colleague who needs help and you provide it.
As part of a global organisation, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite for this position. We do need you to be fluent in Danish as well.
