Job Objective: 

The Real Estate Analyst is an established performer who oversees the lease transaction process and maintains lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with defined regulations.

 

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position: 

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords.

· Responsible for accurate contacts and remediates issues such as late/no rent, missing exhibits, signatures, etc.

· Able to rapidly gain knowledge of internal accounting standards.

· Perform analysis on reports re-expense, capital, and budget items.

· Audit lease-related invoices and processes same accurately and timely.

· Process estoppels and SNDA’s for execution.

· Create lease approval online form.

· Facilitate ad hoc requests for insurance certificates.

· Perform other duties as needed.

 

Required Experience and Education: 

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

· 2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

· Real estate license preferred.

 

Competencies: 

· Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.

· Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

· Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
