KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end dark store operations including inventory, order processing, dispatch, and last-mile coordination.
- Plan daily manpower requirements including pickers, packers, and delivery executives based on order volume and demand trends.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders to meet SLA and customer expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock inward/outward, RTO handling, stock aging, and shrinkage control.
- Maintain high standards of store hygiene, safety, and operational compliance.
- Track operational KPIs such as order fulfilment rate, dispatch TAT, inventory accuracy, and delivery success rate.
- Coordinate with central teams, vendors, and delivery partners to resolve operational issues.
- Handle on boarding, training, and performance monitoring of store staff and delivery executives.
- Provide real-time support to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dark store, warehouse, retail operations, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of dark store operations, inventory management, and last-mile delivery workflows.
- Hands-on experience with RTO management, stock reconciliation, inventory aging, and dispatch planning.
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local geography of Patna and surrounding delivery clusters.
