This is a hands-on role involving end to end analysis, structured problem solving, and close collaboration with consultants and client stakeholders across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver end‑to‑end analytics across procurement and commercial engagements, from data preparation through to insight generation

  • Run spend, opportunity, and performance diagnostics, identifying themes, risks, and value opportunities

  • Build clear, well‑structured analytical outputs to support sourcing, negotiation, savings, compliance, and performance decisions

  • Develop and maintain robust baselines, benefits views, and assumptions with clear traceability

  • Create high‑quality data visualisations and decision‑support outputs for consulting teams and clients

  • Apply established analytics methods, category playbooks, and value levers, adapting them to client context

  • Communicate findings clearly, explaining analytical logic, limitations, and implications

  • Contribute to automation, templates, and reusable assets that improve efficiency and consistency

  • Ensure analytics work aligns with data quality, governance, and compliance expectations

Skills and experience:

  • Experience delivering data analysis or analytics in a consulting, procurement, commercial, or analytical environment

  • Strong capability in data preparation, analysis, and interpretation, with sound data literacy

  • Ability to structure analysis into clear worksteps and explain findings confidently to stakeholders

  • Experience working with BI, analytics, or data tools to produce repeatable, high‑quality outputs

  • Comfortable working with imperfect or incomplete data, applying judgement and transparency

  • Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ownership of outputs

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and adopt common methods and standards
