We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality Specialist (Level 2) to join our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will focus on ensuring data quality and accuracy, and analysis. Your responsibilities will be vital to supporting our onboarding processes, including auditing and validating customer master fields, creating Master Load Templates (MLTs) based on customer-provided documentation, determining credit parameters for specific thresholds and existing accounts, and finalizing account setups to enable customers to place orders.
You will collaborate closely with Data Quality Specialists (Level 1) and cross-functional teams to facilitate successful onboarding and account setup for new customers. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer operations, service delivery within moderate‑scope processes, or a related field required. Certification in project, service, process management certifications, quality or process improvement preferred.Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
