The opportunity

As our Data Reporting Analyst, you will help ensure the accuracy, governance and effectiveness of our customer, product and wholesaler depletion data by maintaining key master data and supporting reporting across our sales systems.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in keeping our sales data aligned across systems, supporting business intelligence reporting, and helping the business make confident, data-driven decisions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong master data, data governance, Excel and reporting support experience, who enjoys working across systems and partnering with a range of stakeholders.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer and product master data across MDM and Onespot, ensuring updates are accurate, complete and timely.

  • Process customer, product and hierarchy changes in line with governance standards and manage exception requests as required.

  • Act as a business liaison between stakeholders and BI development teams to support reporting needs and resolve data issues.

  • Maintain alignment between JD Edwards (E1) and MDM environments, including reconciling interfaces and investigating integration issues.

  • Support customer banner management, project delivery, testing and business readiness activities, including UAT and change support.

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience working with master data management processes and data governance frameworks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and data reconciliation techniques.

  • Experience working with reporting platforms such as Power BI.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
