Day Camp Counselor

The Salvation Army is looking to fill multiple Day Camp Counselor positions for the Day Camp program. The successful candidate for these positions will have the ability to teach a variety of activities, be non-judgmental, and have a strong desire to work well with children. The Day Camp Counselor will assist with leading day camp and other recreation activities. This person will assist with the character development of camp participants and implement positive discipline procedures when needed. This employee will facilitate check-in and out procedures, handle disputes, ensure the safe use of the facility, and enforce rules that pertain to the day camp program.
