Role Summary

Leads the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing programs supporting T. Rowe Price's retirement advisor business, with a primary focus on the Defined Contribution Investment Only (DCIO) market and Target Date solutions. Partners closely with sales, product, digital marketing, analytics, and creative teams to develop advisor-centric marketing strategies that strengthen engagement, accelerate product adoption, and support business growth.

Develops go-to-market strategies for strategic retirement initiatives, translates business priorities into scalable marketing programs, and drives continuous optimization through performance measurement and customer insights. Serves as the primary marketing partner for assigned retirement sales teams and product initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develops integrated marketing strategies and annual marketing plans supporting DCIO advisors, Target Date solutions, and other strategic retirement initiatives aligned to USI Advisor Marketing priorities. Builds strong partnerships with sales leaders and business stakeholders to align marketing priorities with evolving business objectives.
  • Develops and maintains expertise in retirement industry trends, advisor needs, competitive positioning, and evolving market opportunities.
  • Leads go-to-market planning and execution for retirement product launches, strategic initiatives, and advisor campaigns, partnering with Product, Sales, Digital, Creative, Compliance, and Analytics teams to deliver coordinated multi-channel programs.
  • Supports development of always-on advisor engagement strategies and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Collaborates with digital marketing teams to improve personalization and advisor experiences.
  • Designs and executes advisor engagement strategies across multiple marketing channels including email, digital, content marketing, events, sales enablement and advisor journeys to improve awareness, engagement and business outcomes.
  • Owns end-to-end campaign strategy including audience segmentation, messaging, targeting, channel selection, campaign orchestration and measurement. Leverages campaign performance, engagement metrics, audience insights and marketing analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Serves as the marketing lead for Target Date and other assigned retirement growth priorities by translating business strategy into advisor-facing marketing programs and content activation.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams and partners to successfully deliver complex marketing initiatives while balancing competing priorities, timelines and regulatory requirements. Ensures the ongoing maintenance and optimization of all ongoing marketing plan workstreams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of experience, including experience in one or more of the following: B2B marketing, Financial services, asset management, retirement, or insurance marketing, Integrated campaign strategy and execution

Preferred:

  • Experience developing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience marketing to one or more intermediary or institutional audiences, such as: Financial advisors, Retirement advisors, Recordkeepers, Home office partners, Defined contribution or institutional investment clients, DCIO distribution channels
  • Proven experience with the Adobe Suite, Adobe Workfront

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

$110,000.00 - $188,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$121,000.00 - $207,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$138,000.00 - $236,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the roleBase salary is only one component of our total compensation packageEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
