We are searching for the best talent for our Deliver Project Manager.

Puprose: Deliver Project Manager, responsible for managing large, complex, and cross-functional projects for LATAM Region and programs that support business objectives and organizational priorities. This role also includes strategic project governance, portfolio oversight, project prioritization, execution discipline, and continuous improvement of project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership & Delivery.
  • Lead large project teams across all project phases (Phase 0, Planning, Execution, Project Close Out and Lesson Learned).
  • Establish, implement, and sustain the Regional PMO governance model, including project intake, prioritization, stage-gate reviews, reporting cadence, decision rights, escalation paths, and standard project management practices.
  • Resource Management, Scheduling, Risk & Performance Management.
  • Lead schedule development and integration with program timelines; identify critical path items and drive mitigation.
  • Maintain a proactive risk register, recommend mitigations, and track performance metrics.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, and regular Sponsor updates, includes preparing and presenting executive-level status updates, and risk briefings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Manage multiple, complex, and interrelated business transformation initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s or equivalent University Degree required.  Focus in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or related discipline
  • 7+ years' experience of relevant professional experience in project or program management and supply chain logistics.
  • PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, FPX or equivalent project management certification required, FPX SME Preferred.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Mandatory) - Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience leading multi-discipline teams and collaborating with quality, regulatory, operations.
  • Demonstration of strong collaboration skills required, able to build relationships and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to lead & get things done through influence versus line responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate orally and written clearly and concisely across all levels of the company. 
  • Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem solving using proven methodologies.
  • Proven track record to lead budgets, project schedules and risk management.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership for results and to and challenge the norm.
  • Proven experience in successful change management preferred.

Travel Requirements - May require up to 15% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites.
