- Overseeing the entire end-to-end search process for consistently meeting client expectations and delivery
- Identifying and engaging high-caliber talent ensuring exceptional candidates for the clients by managing and executing a portfolio of mandates across sectors, geographies and functions
- Supervising a team of consultants, recruiters, and researchers
- Work with high-quality delivery capabilities across the entire value chain - including o-o-b approach to search strategy & plan, strategic briefing, assessment, offer roll-outs and negotiations
- Driving organisation development initiatives, including search process re-engineering, establishing an internal quality team, and managing internal hiring
- Innovate and solve complex business hiring problems and contribute to the overall firm strategy and business building goals
