We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of software development projects, build high-performing teams, and partner with executive-level clients across the U.S.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects.
Build and grow long-term client relationships.
Lead, hire, and develop cross-functional technical teams.
Drive account growth through upselling and strategic partnerships.
Manage project budgets, risks, resources, and delivery quality.
Improve delivery processes and operational excellence.
Travel to the U.S. up to 4–6 weeks per year.
What we're looking for
10+ years in Project Management, including 3+ years in Technical Delivery or Program Management.
5+ years managing executive-level client relationships.
5+ years leading software delivery teams in a consultancy environment.
Technical background in Software Development or QA.
Experience with legacy modernization and greenfield projects.
Jira & Confluence proficiency.
AI-forward mindset and excellent English communication skills.
Willingness to travel to the U.S.
