The Delivery Manager, Marketing Operations provides operational leadership for the Marketing organization by ensuring marketing deliverables are planned, coordinated, and delivered efficiently from intake through completion. Working closely with Marketing leadership, marketing channel owners, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role is responsible for organizing work, maintaining visibility, coordinating execution, and continuously improving how Marketing delivers. As part of the Delivery organization, the Delivery Manager partners with Delivery Leads to ensure Marketing is effectively integrated into cross-functional initiatives, product launches, and other strategic programs while maintaining strong execution within the Marketing team.
Lead the operational delivery of marketing deliverables from planning through completion.
Coordinate the planning, production, review, approval, and delivery of marketing deliverables across channel teams, including campaigns, product launches, videos, web content, email, creative assets, social media, and other marketing outputs.
Ensure deliverables are well-defined, organized, prioritized, and ready for execution.
Maintain visibility into priorities, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and delivery health.
Track progress, identify blockers, and drive timely resolution through collaboration and escalation when needed.
Facilitate planning meetings, delivery reviews, and operational cadence for the Marketing organization.
Partner with Marketing leadership to organize priorities, manage capacity, and oversee the Marketing portfolio.
Coordinate work across all marketing functions, including creative, content, video production, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, communications, partnerships, events, and other channel teams.
Ensure stakeholders are informed, consulted, and aligned throughout planning and execution.
Maintain accurate delivery status, documentation, reporting, and operational visibility.
Continuously improve marketing workflows, planning practices, and operational processes.
Partner with Delivery Leads to coordinate Marketing's participation in cross-functional initiatives, product launches, and strategic programs.
Ensure Marketing deliverables, dependencies, approvals, risks, and commitments are visible, tracked, and completed on schedule.
Represent Marketing in cross-functional planning and delivery discussions.
Escalate risks or resource constraints that may impact broader organizational initiatives.
Leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce administrative effort.
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, project management, or a similar operational leadership role.
Experience coordinating complex marketing campaigns or initiatives across multiple channel teams.
Proven ability to organize work, establish priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to hold teams accountable without direct authority.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve planning, documentation, reporting, and operational workflows.
Experience with product launches, go-to-market planning, lifecycle marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
Experience in a SaaS, technology, or digital-first organization.
Experience supporting executive marketing leadership.
Experience improving operational processes, delivery practices, or team workflows.
Experience using work management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
Compensation
$120,000-$140,000 / yearly
