We offer a competitive starting salary of €75,000.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the TMT sector while developing your own career within a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team.

Success in the Role:

  • Lead and successfully deliver complex client operations engagements across the TMT industry, driving high performance outcomes and client satisfaction.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposal development.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

  • Drive innovation by applying the latest technologies and best practices to solve clients’ most pressing challenges.

What type of work will I be doing?

  • Responsibility for performance of key operational metrics.

  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and analytics.

  • Drive operational performance improvement internally and externally.

  • Using a data driven approach, formulate operational improvement and efficiency recommendations.

  • Perform and critique root cause analysis internally and externally.

  • Identify risks and issues and support the Head of Operations to mitigate risks.

  • Support the Head of Operations to build operational strategy towards future proofing operations.

  • Supporting business development activities, including proposal writing and opportunity identification.

  • Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues to build capability and ensure successful project delivery.

Key skills and prior experience  

·Experience leading a team

·Previous experience in operations, analytics, management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology company

·Experience supporting BPO is a plus

·Experience developing relationships with senior partners.

·Be able to demonstrate critical thinking capabilities.

·Attention to detail and the ability to handle complex processes.

·Effective presentation skills and be able to explain sophisticated data and charts in a concise manner to large audiences.

·Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills.

·Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

·Experience in performing statistical analysis is a plus.

·Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress situations and multitask in a very dynamic environment.
