Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success.

Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.

Founded in 2000, Kaseya has built a culture centered around innovation, accountability, and results. We are a high-growth, high-performance organization that values individuals who are driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and teammates alike.

At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar.

We're looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our Revenue Marketing team, supporting our Managed Service Provider (MSP) segment across North America. This role is built for someone early in their marketing career who is hungry to learn, moves fast, and takes ownership of their work. You don't need years of experience — you need drive, curiosity, and the discipline to execute well under guidance.

You'll help bring campaigns to life that speak directly to the pain points of MSPs — the operational, security, and business challenges they face every day — and you'll work closely with a cross-functional team to make sure our messaging lands with the right audience at the right time.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute demand generation campaigns across email, digital, and content channels in support of pipeline and revenue goals for the MSP segment
  • Support persona-based messaging — learn our MSP buyer personas (owners, technicians, sales leaders) and help ensure campaign assets speak to their specific pain points
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, and design teams to keep campaigns moving on time and on brief
  • Manage campaign logistics — building emails/landing pages in marketing automation platforms, QA-ing assets, tracking timelines, and keeping projects organized
  • Monitor campaign performance and pull basic reporting to help the team understand what's working
  • Maintain campaign calendars and project trackers to keep the team aligned and deadlines visible
  • Assist with sales enablement by packaging campaign assets and messaging for the sales team
  • Take direction well and ask smart questions — you'll be learning a lot in your first several months, and we want someone who isn't afraid to ask "why" and "how"

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hard-working, coachable, and eager to learn — you'll be picking up new tools, processes, and industry knowledge quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
  • A true team player who works well cross-functionally and communicates proactively
  • Results-driven — you take ownership of your tasks and follow through until they're done, done right
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Interest in or exposure to B2B tech, cybersecurity, or IT services is a plus but not required

Required Qualification

  • 1–2 years of experience (or strong internship experience) in demand generation, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus, but not required — willingness to learn is what matters most-
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
