Our Opportunity
An exciting opportunity awaits for experienced Dental Assistants to join our Drysdale and Ocean Grove centres on a casual basis.
Our modern practices, featuring up to 4 chairs, offer a wide variety of dental treatments, and you'll be welcomed into supportive, close-knit teams that take real pride in excellent patient care.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday availability essential, with flexibility to support further shifts across Drysdale, Ocean Grove and neighbouring centres
Weekend shifts on a rotational basis - higher weekend rates apply!
Handy, central locations with nearby parking, shopping and transport options
Guided by supportive Centre Leaders, across two centres with growing patient bases

Your Skills and Attributes
Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:
Previous Dental Assistant experience across chair‑side, sterilisation and/or reception is essential
Experience with implants and complex procedures highly regarded
Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
