Job Description
- Report to the Customer Experience Manager (CEM) and assist in stock ordering while maintaining optimum stock levels within the department.
- Lead a team of Store Associates to ensure effective merchandising, shelf management, stock management, and overall department cleanliness.
- Drive productivity improvements by enhancing operational efficiency.
- Assist the Customer Experience Manager (CEM) in achieving the department's sales targets.
- Manage the overnight mechanization of the department in accordance with DSO (Dark Store Operations) protocols and ensure the department is ready before store opening.
- Ensure products are displayed according to the approved planogram.
- Maintain secondary displays in line with BMPL guidelines.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs and comply with all company policies and operational protocols.
- Maintain discipline in timekeeping and ensure professional attire in accordance with the company's uniform guidelines.
- Conduct QA checks by following all defined protocols and checklists to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor product expiry dates during and after stock deliveries and ensure strict adherence to the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) or equivalent.
