About the Role
The Admin Executive will be responsible for smooth administrative operations at the manufacturing unit, ensuring efficient office management, vendor coordination, statutory compliance support, and day-to-day facility administration.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities at the factory office
- Handle office documentation, files, records, and data maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, canteen, stationery, transport, and maintenance services
- Monitor attendance records, shift coordination, and support HR with factory-related admin tasks
- Ensure proper upkeep of factory premises, utilities, and office assets
- Assist in gate entry records, visitor management, and material inward/outward coordination
- Support compliance-related documentation (factory licenses, audits, statutory records, etc.)
- Process admin-related bills, PO follow-ups, and vendor payments in coordination with accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational support
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms, and workplace discipline
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in factory administration / manufacturing setup preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, email handling)
- Basic understanding of factory operations and admin compliance
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced factory environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG factory administration
- Vendor management and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of statutory & factory compliance documentation
- Problem-solving and proactive approach
