Position: Deputy Manager - Assembly Shop Maintenance - Chakan, Pune
Location: Chakan, Pune
Qualifications: BE/ Diploma (Electrical/ Electronics)
Responsibilities:
- Experience in handling of automobile assembly shop maintenance operations.
- Hands on experience and knowledge of working on various types of assembly shop equipment like, EMS system, Conveyors, Elevators, Car body carriers, Atlas Copco tools, Manipulators, turn tables, Scissor lift, Four & Two post lifts, Vehicle testing equipment like Roller Test Bench, Wheel alignment, Shower Test bench. AHU, High speed shutter doors, Brake, Coolant, AC filling machines, Glue machines, ASRS.
- Knowledge of industrial safety norms and working protocols.
- Well understanding of mechanical components and its repairing and reconditioning.
- Good conversant with problem analysis and solving techniques.
- Expert in electrical and SIEMENS PLC control logic understanding and trouble shooting.
- Well understanding of IMS, QMS, EMS audit relevant activities on shop floor.
- Clear understating on breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Maintenance KPIs measuring parameter lime MTTR, MTBF.
- Good presentation and soft skill, communication skill and basic email etiquettes, manpower management and mentoring skill.
- PM scheduling and execution work
- Team handling and management @ 20-25 no’s
- Knowledge of SAP and spare part procurements and management.
