Deputy Manager - Finance

Job Description

Shall handle AP related activities. Technically expert to handle General Ledger scrutiny.
Have Experience to handle Statutory Audits.

• Opex Analysis to prepare for all the Major expense heads.
• Sending the data to PM team immediately after the closing activity.
• Provide support in GST Activities wherever required.
• To Handle all FA Related activities for the plant.
• Monitoring the Advances, GRIR and Creditors on monthly basis and Invoice Query Resolution on daily basis with GBSS.
• Ensure that the month end entries like Provision, Prepaid, Transfer of Profit Centers , Rectification JVs etc. to be done timely.
• Ensure that the working should be ready within time frame decided at the time of Audit.
• Handle the Agile activities.
• Adherence of SOPs of the department.
• Comply the NSSO activities including the yearly submission of Report and Audit.
• To understand the concept & able to handle activities related to MIS.
