Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop BIW welding fixture 2D / 3D finish / concepts based on customer requirements.
- Create concept layouts and 3D models using CATIA V5 / NX / Fides.
- Prepare feasibility studies and fixture design concepts.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with automotive standards and GD&T principles.
Required Skills:
- Experience in BIW Fixture 2D / 3D / Concept Design.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 / NX / Fides.
- Knowledge of welding fixtures, tooling, clamps, locators, and automotive manufacturing.
- Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience: 1.5 Years –7 Years
