About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and format educational content and learning materials as per project requirements.
• Work primarily on Adobe InDesign for designing and formatting project content.
• Support the design team in creating layouts, illustrations, and visual elements.
• Ensure consistency in fonts, spacing, alignment, colours, and overall page layouts.
• Make design corrections and updates based on feedback from the team.
• Follow project-specific design guidelines and templates.
• Coordinate with content developers and designers to meet project timelines.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the design process.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Prior experience with Adobe InDesign is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of basic design principles, typography, layouts, and visual composition.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand instructions and incorporate feedback.
• Good time-management and ability to work within deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools and project-specific design processes.

Training

Eligibility

• Students, recent graduates, or candidates pursuing/completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Candidates who can commit to the full-time internship for approximately 4 months are preferred.
