- Booking and arrangements: Handle all bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
- Destination expertise: Provide expert advice on destinations, including local culture, customs, attractions, and relevant travel information.
- Sales and upselling: Advise clients on package options and upsell additional services like tours and upgrades to meet sales targets.
- Client support: Act as a point of contact for clients before and during their trip, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of client information, payments, and bookings.
- Industry knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destination updates, and regulations by attending industry events and training.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local vendors or suppliers.
Required skills and qualifications
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge of assigned destinations, including cultural, historical, and geographical aspects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
