About this role

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using best practices
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep
  • Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, etc.
  • Implement security, compliance, and cost-optimization best practices in Azure
  • Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and application issues
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows and reliability
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and automation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong focus on Microsoft Azure
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services (VMs, App Services, Storage, Networking, AKS)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM/Bicep
  • Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
  • Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers)

Good to Have

  • Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, etc.)
  • Experience with security tools and DevSecOps practices
  • Knowledge of scripting/programming languages (Python, PowerShell)
  • Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments
