Urgent requirement of DevOps Engineer (Salesforce & Azure) - Contract - Canberra Requirements Duties & Responsibilities: Design and develop CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using Azure DevOps tools like Azure pipelines and YAML scripting Configure and manage Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Development, Production) through infrastructure as code (IaC) practices. Implement robust version control practices using Git and conduct thorough code reviews of pull requests. Collaborate with developers, testers, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and efficient workflows. Troubleshoot issues and maintain a high level of system availability Stay up to date on the latest DevOps trends and Salesforce functionalities. Desirable skills and experience: 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role Proven experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce development tools In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps services (Azure, Pipelines, Repos, Boards) Expertise in CI/CD principles and automation scripting (YAML, Bash) Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts Experience with Git version control and pull request workflows Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Problem solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure). Previous experience working for Government Agencies, particularly those that support the health sector.
