The Role:
Avatria is looking for a Digital Analytics Engineer to join our Services team. As a Digital Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and delivery of modern digital measurement and data solutions for our customers. This role focuses on implementing and managing digital analytics platforms, event tracking frameworks, customer data platforms, and data pipelines that power marketing measurement and advanced analytics initiatives. You will work closely with marketing teams, engineers, and data stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and accurate data collection across web and mobile platforms. You are an ideal candidate if you are passionate about analytics engineering, measurement architecture, and solving complex tracking challenges in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Roll their sleeves up to implement robust analytics solutions and technical documentation
• Wear many hats and adapt their operating mode to best serve the team and client needs
• Take initiative, work well with little guidance and enjoy solving complex technical problems
• Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable tracking and measurement architectures
• Communicate technical measurement concepts clearly to both technical teams and marketing stakeholders
Must have:
• Professional experience implementing marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Web SDK, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Data Collection
• Strong Experience designing and implementing data layers and event tracking frameworks
• Experience working with SQL and data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks
• Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as RudderStack, Segment, mParticle, or Tealium
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have:
• Experience integrating analytics and marketing data into data warehouses and BI tools
• Experience building analytics data pipelines and transformations using tools such as dbt or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with identity stitching and user identity frameworks across web, mobile, and backend systems
• Experience working in the Digital Commerce domain, including tracking shopping cart, checkout flows, and conversion funnels
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or AWS
• Experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava, or Singular
