You’ll be responsible for campaign maintenance, billing, and performance reporting, ensuring that every detail is accounted for in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Reporting:
Bi-Weekly Reporting
Data dump of media metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, views) from Datorama to an external Google Sheet
Weekly Pacing Report
Pull pacing data from Datorama
Compile client-ready with bullets of recommendations for where to shift spend between partners to address any under-pacing
Campaign Launch:
Insertion Orders (IOs)
Issue IOs to vendors
Ensure IOs are signed
Elevate if partners raise any issues with IOs
Creative Specs
Request and consolidate creative requirements (specs) from external partners
