- Assist in the implementation of digital close solutions, including BlackLine, Redwood, Workiva and OneStream, to improve financial close processes.
- Support finance transformation projects, focusing on streamlining financial reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and close processes.
- Work closely with client teams to gather requirements, understand current processes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Help configure digital finance tools and support the solution design and deployment phases.
- Assist in project delivery, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to support finance automation initiatives and enhance process efficiency.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and presentations to support the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to upskill client teams on digital close solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or a similar role, with exposure to digital finance solutions.
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, including financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with digital close tools such as BlackLine, Redwood, OneStream, or other similar platforms.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and its potential applications in finance is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest finance technology trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Digital Close solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems and ERP integrations.
- Knowledge of data analytics. AI-driven automation tools is a plus.
- Exposure to financial regulatory requirements and compliance standards is a plus.
