Great design doesn't just look good, it moves people, sells products, and shapes brands. At Adapt, we're looking for an ambitious, experienced Digital Designer to join our Creative Team. Someone who's ready to help us build world-class digital experiences for some of Denmark's biggest brands.

What will you be doing?

As a Digital Designer at Adapt, you won't just execute – you'll drive. You'll lead design processes end to end, shape how we present ideas to clients, and move fluidly between Art Direction and product design. You'll be part of a small, ambitious team that pushes each other to do the best work of our careers.

You'll work shoulder to shoulder with UX designers, developers, delivery managers and data analysts to build digital experiences that actually make a difference. And you'll do it for some of Denmark's most recognized brands, such as Sygeforsikring “danmark”, Andel, Røde Kors, Jeudan, GSV and many others.

You, you, you

You are a designer who cares about digital and design that solves real challenges in your daily work. You understand and can communicate the value of design in general. You have a strong opinion, but not a strong ego. You master several modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe and know how to utilise AI tools to optimize your process. You are focused and self-driven but have an "always ready to help" attitude, and you believe that the best solutions happen in collaboration with others.

Of course, you get to sprinkle your own magic along the way in our quest of creating a better digital tomorrow, but to pull your own weight, you probably need to check off the following:

• You are a strong concept developer and enjoy solving problems with creativity and preferably in collaboration with others
• You love to preach the importance of design and believe it is a foundational aspect in the experience of a product
• You understand the importance and care for small details and you can design a crisp UI that not only looks good, but feels good
• You see prototyping as an important tool when your work needs to be tested or presented
• You love to collaborate with other specialists
• You enjoy taking responsibility, and are keen to work with a high degree of flexibility
• You can juggle multiple customers and projects at once and have excellent stakeholder management abilities
• You've got a portfolio that proves it, your best work within Branding, UI and Product Design

Glad you asked. We’re a team of curious minds and digital specialists based in the heart of Christianshavn, Copenhagen. Since 1998, we’ve been shaping meaningful digital experiences — combining ux, design, tech, and strategy to create real value for people and businesses.

At Adapt, we believe ambition is something to be nurtured — not just in the work we do, but in the people we work with. Our Copenhagen office is home to around 50 colleagues, and we’re part of a broader team with offices in Lithuania and the US.
