Digital Marketing Manager

Chubb is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that drive media and content creation initiatives to support our Digital Business (Renters, Valuables and Pets/Healthy Paws). 

Position Summary

This position supports multi-channel digital marketing efforts while ensuring messaging remains clear, engaging, and aligned with brand standards and regulatory requirements. The role partners with internal stakeholders and external agencies to help deliver marketing programs that simplify complex insurance products and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing strategies across paid media, creative assets, SEO, AEO and content development
• Assist with creative development and help ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual standards
• Develop content for digital channels tailored to high-net-worth audiences
• Support lead generation and awareness initiatives through integrated media campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver compliant, effective marketing programs
• Monitor campaign performance and share recommendations for improvement
• Write and edit content for digital channels, including web pages and campaign assets
• Create and edit marketing copy for digital channels, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business goals
