The Director, Marketing is responsible for driving and executing marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and lead generation for WellSky’s portfolio of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize how to support sales bookings and revenue goals through additional marketing programs and campaigns.
- Manage creative development for demand generation programs, including copywriting, content marketing, and product marketing.
- Develop messaging for use across all marketing channels – web channels, sales channels, and marketing assets, and identify external channels for proliferation of messaging, such as journals, websites, professional events, social channels, etc.
- Set the content marketing and campaign strategies and work with other parts of the marketing organization to ensure they are executed.
- Collaborate with events team and oversee marketing at events, making the most of the opportunity for effective client engagement.
- Identify and build relationships with key thought leaders and other influencers as well as with key client accounts.
- Help develop and drive annual and quarterly marketing plans designed to raise awareness, establish our reputation as a leader, and drive leads and sales, actively monitoring and reporting on MQL generation, conversion, and influence.
- Partner closely with the sales and solutions management teams to develop compelling sales-enablement tools
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 8-10 years’ relevant work experience
- At least 4-5 years’ relevant management experience
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 20% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional hours or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
