Job Description 

The role will lead the North American Mac & Cheese portfolio for all dry and cup formats, with responsibility for driving business and brand performance across market share, revenue, and profitability. 

  • Develop and execute a compelling business and brand strategy for the North American Mac & Cheese portfolio, with clear KPIs tied to market share, revenue, and profitability. 

  • Lead end-to-end portfolio management across renovation, innovation, brand positioning, pricing strategy, and in-market execution in the U.S. and in partnership with Canada. 

  • Champion cross-functional programs that drive operational efficiencies, unlock resources for brand investment, and create long-term value. 

  • Act as a visible and influential leader across internal partners, including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning, as well as external stakeholders such as agencies and retail partners, ensuring alignment and high-impact delivery. 

  • Leverage consumer insights, market analytics, and business performance data to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Lead both as a coach and contributor, shifting effectively between hands-on management of critical details and high-level strategic leadership. 

  • Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and consumer advocacy. 

  • Bring strong business leadership, including P&L management experience, brand strategy expertise, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, including capital expenditure projects. 

  • Communicate with clarity and influence across all levels of the organization, while leading with resilience, pragmatism, and comfort through ambiguity and change. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in marketing, product management, or brand management, with in-house or brand-side experience strongly preferred 

  • Experience managing direct reports and setting strategic direction for a team 

  • Advanced experience in product management, brand management and managing a $500M+ P&L 

  • Experience in cross-functional team management 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver within agreed upon time frames. 

  • Ability to effectively lead discussions and share vision with Executive level of KHC

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$190,300.00 - $237,900.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
